Trial Manufacture of High Anti-collapse Oil Casing

Based on full knowledge of the casing service conditions of Qinghai Oil Field, a high anti-collapse casing named TP110TT is successfully developed by Tianjin Steel Pipe Corporation in the way of a special R ＆ D force and cooperation with other parties. Relevant inspection/testing results show that the said casing has been up to all the designed technical target values. Described in the paper are such aspects of the casing as development background, designed property values, manufacturing process steps as well as results of property inspection/testing of the casing.
