Modification of Differential Gear Box Lubrication of SRM275 J22M Stretch Reducing Mill

Problems with lubrication of the differential gear box of the SRM275 J22M stretch reducing mill are analyzed,and countermeasures are taken,including modification of the lube circuit and flow calibration of the lubrication system.The result shows that the said modification actions are very effective.
