MODIFICATION OF MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR HI-PRECISION COLD-DRAWN STEEL TUBE

Based on research on manufacturing process of hi-precision cold-drawn steel tube, the hi-precision steel tubes with a size range of O.D. 160mm-250 mm have been developed successfully, and quality of the tubes is up to relevant requirements for application. Manufacturing process and geometric accuracy of the product are described here in the paper.
