    Conception of Real-time Steel Tube Tracking System

    • A conception of the real-time steel tube tracking system is proposed.The simulation model of the tube movements as activated by various mechanical equipment is established.And the actual position of the equipment fed back by the sensor is used as the input so as to predict the real-time state of the tube for tracking.Described here in the paper are the details concerning the said tracking system,including storage,updating,presentation and amendment of the tracking information,and application,distribution,identification and fault-tolerance of the material information,all of which are explained with examples of the tracking function blocks for the steel tube as running on the roller conveyer.The said real-time steel tube tracking system as conceived will be mainly used to fix the problem that at present tracking of the tube discrete working station can not well present the real-time state of the site,which in all possibility leads to disordered tracking.
