    R&D ofΦ1 422 mm X80 Induction-heated Bend for Sino-Russia East-line Project

    • Described here in the paper are the R & D activities for the Φ1 422 mm X80 induction-heated bend to be used for the Sino-Russia East-line Project,focusing on the details of related key manufacturing technologies.And the mechanical properties of the product are tested.Based on the analysis,it is regarded that the said bend is applicable to servicing under the working conditions of the temperature range of-45~80℃,and the rated operation pressure up to 12 MPa;the bend is in possession of good seismic capacity,high strength and toughness,consistent performance and long service span;and all the performance indexes of the bend are up to or even better than the applicable technical conditions,and the requirements as specified under relevant standard.
