APPLICATION OF “SHENWU” BURNER TO SLOPE-HEARTH HEATING FURNANCE FOR TUBE BLANKS

F-RF burners were once employed in the slope-hearth heating furnance for tube blanks located at the pipe hot rolling workshop of Panshi Seamless Steel Tube Plant,Tonghua I & S Co.,Jilin Province,having such shortcomings as high fuel consumption and frequently coking and clogging.After replacing the said burners with the new“SHENWU”（Model WDH-YJ-A）burners,a lot of advantages have been obtained,namely,reduced fuel consumption （by 12.40%）, firing in cold hearth and ease of maintenance,which means better economic benefits.
