Control System of Seamless Steel Tube Walking-beam Cooling Bed

Elaborated in the essay are the electric drive and control system of the seamless steel tube walking-beam cooling bed. The controls of the master-slave movement of the said cooling bed’s lifting device are realized via the SINAMICS frequency converter,including quick energy feed back for quick braking and speed switching. The 315-2DP CPU of S7-300 Series are used as the control core of the automation system, and the S7-GRAPH language is used for critical programming; HMI realizes real-time monitoring and tracking of the equipment and the material as well. As a result, operation stability of the equipment is improved, and the excellent product quality ensured.
