    MODEL AND COMPUTER SIMULATION OF ROLL VELOCITY IN DEFORMATION ZONE IN STEEL TUBE CROSS-ROLLING/ELONGATING

    • Based on the setting of a roll velocity model of the deformation zone of the Accu Roll tube mill, relevant computer simulation programme has been developed, with which, the variation of speed transmmitted by the roll to the workpiece in the deformation zone is analyzed, providing a theoretic basis for optimizing the process of Accu-Roll mill.
