    • Elaborated here in the essay are the work principle of the flying cutoff saw system of the HFW pipe operation line and its control system, focusing on application of the SIMOTION D435 motion controller thereto.The SIMOTION D435 motion controller has no longer any independent interface for response time, and instead, it has hi-dynamic response function and satisfactory stability.Thanks to the coordination between the PROFIBUS-DP bus bar and the PLC that gets the logic control and the motion control combined, the production cycle is enhanced.The testing result demonstrates that the said control system can not only meet the requirement for high cycle operation of the flying saw, but also indicate any equipment fault timely so as to ensure consistent running of the production line.
