Application of Intelligent System to the Production Line of Pipe Finishing

Briefed in the article is the intelligent system used for steel tube finishing facility, covering details concerning the system bus interface module, the intelligent module, the theory of bus scanning and the portable monitor （HHM） software and application thereof. For the cold-processing lines of the tube finishing facility, to achieve better production result, the electromechanical equipment are synchronously controlled by means of the central control components like PLCs and the intelligent I/O modules and the integration of the external switches, sensors and internal software of the programmer.
