APPLICATION OF ALLOY SEMI-STEEL ROLL TO REELING MILL

Operation of 60SiMnMo steel roll employed by reeling mill of O.D. 100 mm plug pipe plant is compared with that of ZUB140CrMo semi-steel roll employed by the same mill.Relevant experiments show that the ZUB140CrMo semi-steel roll has advantages such as slight hardness difference and good wear resistance, being a satisfactory reeler roll in terms of material.
