Sizing Pass Design for High Precision Welded Pipe

The key factors influencing the sizing quality of the longitudinal welded pipes with high precision is analyzed and the reasonable sizing process and the pass design method for the high precision welded pipes are proposed.The practice proves that the effect of the new design method of the pass is noticeable in improving the dimensional precision and the surface quality of the high precision welded pipes and reducing the setting and operation difficulties of the sizing mill.
