Design Calculation and Optimization of Roll Shape Curve of Straightening Rolls

Based on the analysis of the straightening principle of steel pipes the equation expression of the roll shape curve is obtained and solved by the mathematics software.The coordinate y value corresponding to each 1 mm point in x direction is calculated by Excel and the coordinate value of some individual points is optimized so as to realize the cutting machining of straightening rolls.The roll shape surface profile and roughness of the rolls machined in such method can all meet the requirements of customers with excellent effects in use.
