Control of Manufacture Quality of Tubular Products Used in Conventional Island of Nuclear Power Plant with Pressurized-water Reactor

There are a lot of piping systems for medium transmission and heat conduction in the nuclear power plant with pressurized-water reactor,significantly affecting the pressure-bearing boundaries of various functional systems,and the safety of the power plant as a whole. Focused on in the paper is the manufacture of the tubular products as used for the conventional island of the nuclear power plant with pressurized-water reactor,covering such aspects as risk analysis,investigation of the key factors as affecting the quality of the pipes. Also discussed are the quality control elements involved in the manufacturing process of the said pipes,which is helpful to the manufacture activities.
