    Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Domestic Made X100 SAWH Pipe

    • The transverse-to-pipe-axis(TPA) and the longitudinal to pipe-axis(LPA) mechanical properties were researched with the different specimen types and with online simulation anticorrosive heating experiments for domestic made X100 Φ1 016 mm×15.3 mm SAWH steel pipe. The experiments shows there is no distinct regularity regarding to the difference in mechanical properties between X100 flatted rectangle specimen and round bar ones regardless of TPA or LPA. The online coating heating experimental temperature has little influence on the mechanical properties of such kind of welded pipes.
