    Measures to Increase Heat Efficency of Φ50 m Rotary Heating Furnace

    • The condition of the Φ50 m RHF of a certain company in its early start-up stage is analyzed and corresponding improvements are put forward, including establishing a reasonable operation and maintenance plan for RHF, managing the combustion system, increasing effective heat exchange area, optimizing the temperature decreasing mechanism at interruptions, creating a warning system for temperature decreasing at interruptions, a real-time gas inquiring and entering system and a performance assessment system etc.Through these revamping measures, the gas consumption of the Φ50 m RHF is gradually decreased, and the heat efficiency is increased to more than 60%.
