INITIAL PRACTICE IN THE PRODUCTION OF SEAMLESS STEEL TUBE BY CPE HOT-ROLLING

The practice in the production of seamless steel tube on the first set of CPE push bench in China shows its proper selection in equipments and suitable setting in process. The design features, equipment characteristics and production flow regarding the CPE process are described, some aspects concerning CPE trial-production are analysed, and the improvement measures are also put forward.
