A BRIEFING TO PRODUCTION LINE OF LARGE-SIZED HI-PRESSURE BOILER PIPES FOR POWER STATION PURPOSE

Introduced in the article are the main aspects concerning the production line of large-sized hi-pressure boiler pipes for power station purpose and boiler-making purpose,including major process and equipment technologies as well as the product mix. A complete quality assurance system has been set up and the production line has so far a capacity up to 20,000 tonnes of largesized seamless steel pipes for power station purpose yearly owing to the trial operation, performance evaluation and consistent improvement on the manufacturing process carried out over the past years.
