Pilot Manufacture of HF Straight Welded Mesh Pipe

Elaborated in the article is the pilot manufacture of the mesh pipe to be used for the motorcycle noise silencer by Foshan Wansheng Industrial Co.,Ltd.with the HF welded pipe production line.Following the principle of small stretch-slight pressure forming adjustment,over margin controls are adapted for relevant areas,particularly the forming,welding and sizing-section roll gaps.In addition,addressing the mesh pipe's feature of holding no water,the cooling type for the impedance converter is improved.Relevant testing results show that trial-made mesh pipe is in conformity with applicable technical criteria.
