Development of Plate Turnorer for UOE Pipe Welding

The application and operation result of the plate turnorer designed by the company itself and located in the UOE pipe welding line are briefed and the working mechanism, constitution, key technical parame-ters and main design of the machine are described. The operation result shows that there are no impact and noise during turning up the plates with the smooth, reliable running and easy-to-operation machine, and that any plate with unqualified outline can be effectively prevented from being put into the pipe welding process.
