Improving Furnace Overall Equipment Level to Further Reduce Furnace Single Energy Consumptions

Efforts made by the company for about a decade for energy-saving of the five rotary hearth heating furnaces it has is reviewed, existing problems concerning the furnaces analyzed, and further energy-saving actions for the said furnaces proposed, aiming to catch up the ever-changing steel tube market demand.
