LAMINATION FORMATION ON SHELL OF SUPERALLOY

The lamination defects on the shell of superalloy are derided into two kinds:internal and external. The lamination formation was observed and analysed based on industrial trial-production and the process principles for eliminating lamination was proposed with the understanding of the lamination mechanism.
