Research on Tensible Properties of Cold Spinning Stainless Steel Pipe

The tensible properties of 304,316 and 321 stainless steel pipes under three different reducing rate conditions are researched. The properties of these three kinds of stainless steel pipes after cold spinning are analyzed through observing their streamlines structure,conducting mechanical property test,friction test and thermal fatigue test and subsequently some reasonable test results are obtained. These test researches have provided some necessary property parameters reference for the industrial application of and industrial tests on the cold spinning made stainless steel pipes.
