NC-aimed Modification and Program-based Operation Skill of Lathe

The CQ61100 and C630 lathes are modified,involving such measures as use of some cost-effective numerical control system,modifying the feeding units of the lathes’X axels and Z axels with ball screws and stepping motors,fully tapping the auto-programming function of the CAM software.As a result the said lathes have been capable of processing plugs,straightener roll,conveyor roller with different sizes as well as some other shaped products.Although the investment is very moderate,the modification has resulted in significant improvement of the lathes’production capability.
