MOLTEN SOLUTION FOR HOT-DIPPING GALVANIZATION TO INCREASE WORK-PIECE PRE-DIPPING TEMPEATURE

Both chemical composition and performance of the molten solution are described here.With the said solution the pre-dipping temperature of the work-piece can be enhanced to 400~450℃,which is very close to the zinc solution temperature,thus bringing about such advantages as continuous low-temperature galvanization operation,reduction of zinc-bath thermal load and longer zinc-bath service life.
