MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR DIRECT ROLLING OF 20G STEEL TUBES WITH CC ROUNDS AND PRODUCT PROPERTIES

Introduced in the article is the manufacturing process for direct rolling of hi-pressure boiler tubes with CC rounds.Based on relevant statistics,the macro quality and chemical composition of the cast round were analysed,and all the properties of the 20G steel tubes of different sizes were tested as per relevant requirements as specified in GB 5310 95.The results show that high quality 20G steel tubes can be produced by means of direct rolling with CC rounds.
