Determination and Application of Inward Shifting Position of Stress Neutral Layer of Cold-bent Square Tube

Applying the Tresca yield criteria of planar deformation to the research on the roll-bending formation of the square tube, the law of stress distribution of the bent area is analyzed, resulting in the determination of the inward shifting position of the stress neutral layer and thus providing technological basis for determining the spreading width and bending deformation level of the strip.
