Elimination of Waved Impression Mark of Spiral Welded Tube

Briefed and discussed are the waved impression mark of the spiral welded tube as caused during the manufacturing process,the causes for such defect and the countermeasures.Relevant manufacturing practice shows that it is possible to eliminate the said waved impression mark during the operation process by means of ac-curately setting the mini-roll groups No.1 ~ 3 of the forming apparatus via theoretic calculation.
