Research on Heat Treatment Process for 34Mn6-N80 Oil Casing

Influence by the factors involved in the heat treatment process on the mechanical properties of theoil casing is analyzed by means of relevant orthogonal test. The test result shows that during heat treatment of the34Mn6-N80 oil casing, the key parameters responsible for mechanical properties of it include heating temperaturefor quench, coolant temperature and heating temperature/time for temper.
