Equipment Configuration and Process Technology of Beisteel Pipe Group’s JCOE Production Line

Described in the article are the JCOE manufacturing process and the equipment configuration of the JCOE production line for large-sized LSAW pipes as located at a certain domestic company. The said operation line is composed of such equipment units as the 100%-coverage skelp UT system，the hi-speed pre-bending machine，the integrated type cutter-head edge-milling machine，the JCOE skelper，and the fluidic technology-based full-automatic weld NDT system，etc.Elaborated here are the main aspects of the said production line，involving product mix，manufacturing process，and the technical data and characteristics，and technological advantages of the equipment units.
