DEVELOPMENT OF STAINLESS STEEL ULTRA-LIGHT WALL WELD TUBES

Described in the paper are the development course,manufacturing process and major equipment of the stainless steel ultralight wall weld tubes.Also briefed here are the special manufacturing facilities used for the said tubes,i.e., the automatic pulse argon arc longitudinal welding machine and the weld roll-pressing machines for light wall tubes.With some production examples,the coauthors describe briefly the properties of the stainless steel ultralight wall weld tubes.
