Design Analysis of Spiral Path of Horizontal Spiral Accumulator

As an indispensable unit of the automatic production line of high frequency straight welded tubes, the spiral accumulator plays a role of material storing and charging to ensure continuous operation of the production line. Taking the Ф219 mm accumulator as an example, the design principle concerning the main structure of the spiral path of the horizontal spiral accumulator are described, while the theoretic design basis of the key structure of the said accumulator is elaborated.
