The production process and Properties of P110 grade large oil casings of φ339.7×12.19mm produced from common low-alloy steel with the heat treatment system of direct quenching followed by tempering are described. The test result shows that the mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy of the casings fully meet the requirements specified by American API standard.
