Abstract
Studied here in the article is the production organization method for the 690 U-shaped tube specified as "thin(wall thickness), small(diameter)and long" tube under Nuclear Safety Class 1 and used for the nuclear power steam generator, focusing on the influences on the finished product yield by such factors as material flow, information flow as well as quality control, etc.during the manufacturing process.Based on the result of the study, it is regarded that following relevant strict unclear quality assurance criteria, proper technological process and consistent operation procedure quality control will play a role of the basis for enhancing the yield of the said tube.It is also regarded that the important way to enhance the yield is to improve and innovate the production organization method as per the characteristics of the 3-pass cold-work deformation process, so as to improve both the product comprehensive qualification rate and the control level for accurate charging.
