Development and Application of Automation Control System of Mini-stretch Reducing Mill

The drive principle, production technology and rolling process, automation system constitution and principle, of the mini-stretch reducing mill of Φ130mm complex in Anyang Iron ＆＆ Steel Stock Corp., Ltd. are described. The design concept of the system software, the program constitution, the hardware structure as well as the system function features are clarified. The system hardware is innovated and the software system is optimized based on the problems occurred in operation so that the whole system is perfected. The system has been operating stably and reliably for one year.
