Abstract
The effects of the roll configuration of the 3-roll pipe rolling at all stages of the deformation zone on the shell inside diameter expansion value are analyzed based on the deformation features of the 3-roll pipe rolling and verified with experiments. It is pointed out that the angle between the axis of the roll shoulder and tube rolling and the axis of the outlet cone is the main factor that affects the inside diameter expansion value of rolled pipes.
