Supply Situation Concerning Four Major Piping Systems of Ultra-supercritical Thermal Power Unit

The four major piping systems of the ultra-supercritical generation unit plays a very important role in safe and economic operation of the thermal power plant. Described here in the paper are the composition of the said four systems, and situation concerning domestic supply of the products for each system. All the pipes of the four systems can be domestically-made except that in material of P92. Moreover relevant pipe fittings and piping fabrication can also be so produced. It is suggested that domestic suppliers make continual efforts in relevant R & D so as to further reduce the gap between the home-made P92 pipes regarded as the most crucial part of the ultra-supercritical thermal power unit and the similar products made abroad.
