R&D of Flame Cutting Machine for Elbow Cropping

Addressing the shortcomings of the regularly-used process for elbow cropping,an automatic flame cutting machine as used mainly for cropping of elbows with a size range of Ф400~1 400 mm is designed and developed.Described in details are the main aspects of the machine,covering the structure,the cutting process and parameters,the electric control and the operation tips.The operation pratice of the machine demonstrates that it is in possession of such advantages as structural simplicity,high manufacture cost effectiveness,and easy operation,running smoothness and consistency,and fine cut-off end face.
