MODIFICATION OF CONNECTION BETWEEN ANVIL AND DIE OF PNEUMATIC HAMMER

The brief introduction involves the operational performances of the pneumatic hammer before and after modification of the anvil-die connection. Thanks to the improved connecting technique which involves the employment of flange connection, bolting and spring pre-tighting,both maintenence cost and downtime of the pneumatic hammer have been considerably reduced, resulting in better economic benefit.
