DEVELOPMENT OF OPERATION LINE FOR MARKING, COATING AND BUNDLING OF SMALL-SIZED STEEL TUBES

The paper introduces the main aspects of the operation line for marking, coating and bundling of small-sized steel tubes developed by Shoudu Specialty Steel Corp., covering technological requirements, selection of the design concepts, process flow and equipment. Relevant operational practice has proven that the said operation line has such advantages as compact and simplified structure, consistent operational performance and satisfactory efficiency.
