Mathematical Model for Sink-drawing Process for Manufacturing Tube for Motor Rear-View Mirror Support

Introduced here in the article are the newly developed sink-drawing technology for making tube for motor rear-view mirror support, covering the shaping method and manufacturing process. Deformation mechanism of the said sink-drawing technology is studied, law of variation of the drawing speed analyzed, and consequently a mathematical model of the sink-drawing process set up. Relevant experiment has proven that the said math model is structurally simple, practical and reliable.
