    Analysis of Comprehensive Performance of Home-made 800 Alloy U-shaped Heat-conduction Tube

    • Analyzed systematically in the paper is the com prehensive performance of the home-made 800 alloy heat-conduction tube for home-made nuclear power steam generator. As a result,it is regarded that the said heat-conduction tube has all of its performance indexes up to the requirements under applicable purchase conditions;the NDT qualification rate of the tube is good;the minimum S/N ratio from the internal eddy current detection for the tube is centralizedly controlled to 10~50,and the tube’s average S/N ratio is controlled to 15~80,which means that in general the tube’s internal eddy current S/N keeps a rather high level. The reliability applied-test performance of the home-made 800 alloy U-shaped heat-conduction tube for the home-made nuclear power steam generator is equivalent to the imported tubular goods of the same kind.
