The effects of various amounts of deformation, steel grades, degrees of hardenability, die entry angle and drawing speeds on dia. sinking drawing are studied. The experiment shows that the magnitude of dia. sinking is increased with the increase of reduction and die entry angle; the influence of discontinuous drawing passes on dia. sinking is greater than that of continuous ones; low-speed drawing has less influence on dia, sinking.
