Control of Weld-formation during Manufacturing of GTAW Stainless Steel Weld Pipe

Analyzed here in the article are the influences on weld formation, i.e., melting depth and through-out welding quality during weld pipe manufacturing imposed by such elements concerning the stainless steel material as chemical composition, slag-formation characteristics and surface conditions, etc. It is emphasized why both the manufacturer for the steel material for weld pipe-making and the weld pipe maker need to take care of the issue as mentioned here.
