Discussion on In-line Device for Cutting Inner Burr of HFW Pipe

Described here in the article are the structures of the three inner-burr cutting devices incorporated in the HFW pipe production line，i.e.，the nicking-chip-breaking device，the cutting tool and flying saw mounted at the outlet side of the line. Also analyzed are the each device’ s suitability for different HFW plant，and its advantages and disadvantages. All of the said three inner burr-removing devices are satisfactory to the pipe production requirements in terms of structures. However， it is still necessary to make proper selection both of the deburring device and the material of the cutting component in accordance with the product mix of the HFW operation line.
