Abstract

For groove processing of the rolls used by the German Meer-made SKW75VMR and SKW125VMR ultra-long stroke cold-rolling pipe mills located at the cold-rolling facility of Steel Tube Co.,Ltd.,Yegang Group,the KB-47roll grooving cutting machine made by the same German company is used.In the article,the processing scope and working principle of the machine are detailed.In addition,the author also describes the preparation for the special tools used to process the ring-type roll and the design of and process method for the groove cam template.
