DISCUSSION ON WELDING MECHANISM OF AND PARASITIC OSCILLATION OCCURRING IN COMMISSIONING OF Φ76mm HI-FREQUENCY WELDED PIPE MILL

The co-authors discuss the hi-frequency welding mechanism of the Φ76mm hi-frequency weld-pipe mill line located at the steel plant of Jiaoxi Mine and the hi-frequency parasitic oscillation problem encountered during commissioning of the mill. The said parasitic oscillation trends to happen due to change of the grid first filter capacity and incorrect installation of the microprocessor voltage-tuning feeding shedded wires.
