DEVELOPMENT OF IN-LINE INNER-DEBURRING SYSTEM OF WELD PIPE MILL

Introduced in the article is features of the overall structure and the tool body structure of the inner-deburring system of Φ114mm weld pipe straight roll-row forming mill. Problems concerning the sysem were solved,including change of the magnetic rod,material selection of the magnetic bar and the support bar and weld beading, etc. It is POinted that the said system needs to be further improved to meet a higher technical level of weld pipe-making equipment.
