IMPROVEMENT OF CHAMFER CUTTER FOR ROLLS OF PIPE EXTRACTOR AND SIZING MILL

As major facilities of the hot-rolled pipe production line located in the pipe rolling division of Tianjin Steel Tube Corp.,the pipe extractor and sizing mill require high machining tolerance of their roll grooves which is in direct relation with outer surface quality of the product.The improved roll chamfer cutter has fixed the chronic problem of occurrance of linear marks on the tube surface,and brought about good result and considerable economic benefit.
