TAKING ADVANTAGES OF STRIP-TUBE INTEGRATED MILL TO OPTIMIZE PRODUCT MIX

Rased on the fact that some companies fibs shoudu I & S Co. are to set up wide strip coil mills to increase supply of material for production of welded pipes and cold-drawn strip steel,the author analyzes the advantages of strip-tube integrated mill and productivity of the slitting machine,and suggests that the strip-tube integrated mill optimize its product mix,strengthen quality control and develop new products. Also presented in the paper are the current marketing situation of some welded tube categories and the product mix chart of the strip-tube intgerated mill.
